MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

SALES
CONSULTANTS

  • Candidates should possess good communication and  customer service skills
  • with ability to close the Sales
  • Identifies the needs of a customer and provides a chance for meeting those needs
  • Sales consultants have to meet or exceed the sales target
  • Should maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Have to keep records of all interactions with customers
  • They must be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge
  • Development of innovative and creative sales techniques are also part of the job
  • They also need to give demonstrations to customers and educate them about the product
  • Should analyze sales statistics and determine sales potential and inventory requirements
  • They have to regularly monitor the preferences of customers
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • You must be of smart appearance and be highly motivated
  • with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive approach towards sales

SHOWROOM
MANAGER

  • Managing all the store management and ensuring their departments are run correctly
  • Being aware of all in-store promotions, such as credit facilities and activities
  • Scheduling the duty management for the store, ensuring he/she takes the biggest share, alongside the Sales Manager
  • Monitoring the customer feedback system from follow up calls and customer comment reports
  • Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all products and being the key driving force in ensuring optimum sales are achieved
  • Attending staff committee meetings, weekly sales meetings and arranging management meetings
  • Being a driving force in the company’s effort to work in an environmentally friendly manner
  • Checking daily and weekly sales and cash figures from the cash desks
  • Driving, implementing and following company policies alongside the Administration Manager
  • Implementing correct management scheduling to ensure optimum customer service levels, including holidays
  • Responsible to fix yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales target to salesman and monitor on regular basis
  • conduct sales training program for improving sales
  • Total of 5 years retail management with FMCG experience.
  • Having a sound knowledge of store functions in order to be able
    to check them properly
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent people skills
  • Computer literate
    • Arabic speaker is a plus
